This album is a collection solo instrumental pieces for guitar (nylon, steel-string) and ukulele written and recorded from April 2013 to April 2014 - a year in song. They are melodic and impressionistic, partially composed and partially improvised. The roots for these pieces can be found in the irish-scots-anglo traditions along with forms developed here on colonized Turtle Island.
